1. Overview

Signal is developed, maintained, and operated by Hacktech ("we", "our", or "us"), headquartered at 336, Badgujar Colony, Near MSEB Substation, Fagane, Dhule. Signal is an Android-based app that facilitates the sending of automated WhatsApp messages following various types of calls (including regular and WhatsApp calls) based on user configurations set up through our secure online panel. Signal is intended to enhance communication efficiency for users who rely on consistent, automated follow-ups.
By using Signal, you confirm that you have the authority and legal right to enter into these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations related to your use of the app.

2. Account Creation and WhatsApp Login

To utilize Signal's automated messaging capabilities, users must log in to our secure online panel via WhatsApp. During this process, an account is created automatically, linking your WhatsApp account to Signal’s services for message automation.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during account setup and to keep your login credentials secure. You bear full responsibility for all actions conducted under your account. Unauthorized access or breaches related to account misuse should be reported to us immediately at info@gomap.in.

2.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login information and controlling access to your account. Hacktech is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

3. User License and Scope of Use

Hacktech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Signal for personal or approved business purposes, in line with these Terms. The license is provided solely for individual use of Signal in a lawful manner and as intended by the app design.

3.1 License Restrictions

• Modifying, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code of Signal.
• Distributing, leasing, or licensing Signal or its content to third parties without written permission from Hacktech.
• Creating derivative works or apps that rely on or mimic the functionality of Signal without authorization.

4. Auto Messaging and Chatbot Integration

Signal allows users to send automated WhatsApp messages following calls. This feature relies on settings and templates that users configure via our online panel. In cases where call volumes exceed manageable limits, Hacktech may suggest integrating a WhatsApp chatbot for optimized performance.

4.1 Chatbot Integration

If users choose to set up a chatbot, Hacktech can facilitate the integration, linking your WhatsApp account with an automated bot to handle frequent communications. Any additional costs for chatbot setup will be communicated in advance and are non-refundable once the integration is verified as functional.

4.2 Non-Refundable Charges

All payments made for Signal services, including chatbot setup fees, are non-refundable once functionality is confirmed. This non-refundability applies if the app is performing as expected and delivering on the core functions described.

5. Payment Terms

Signal operates on a freemium and/or paid model, depending on the level of service required. All charges for services are non-refundable once verified to be functioning as intended. By using Signal, you consent to these payment terms and agree to ensure sufficient funds for recurring service payments, where applicable.

5.1 Failure to Make Payment

Failure to maintain timely payments may result in restricted access to premium features or, in certain cases, suspension of the account until payment is resolved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

While using Signal, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Use: Using Signal for any illegal activities, including but not limited to harassment, abuse, threats, or sending unsolicited marketing or spam messages.
• Disruption of Services: Interfering with or disrupting Signal’s operation, its servers, or any networks connected to the service.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another user’s account, data, or the backend systems of Signal without permission.
• Data Manipulation or Misuse: Tampering with, altering, or misrepresenting the information provided within the Signal platform.

Hacktech reserves the right to investigate any violations of prohibited conduct and may pursue legal action if necessary.

7. Privacy and Data Use

Hacktech respects user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Signal’s collection, storage, and processing of data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is compliant with GDPR and other applicable regulations. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hacktech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Signal.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any statements or conduct of any third party on Signal’s services.

This limitation applies even if Hacktech has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hacktech, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of Signal.
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Hacktech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Signal, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to access Signal will cease immediately, and Hacktech may delete all data associated with your account.

10.1 Voluntary Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so at any time by contacting us at info@gomap.in. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations accrued before the date of termination.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Signal and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and service marks, belong to Hacktech. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property without written permission is strictly prohibited.

12. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Hacktech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting, and we will notify users through in-app notifications or email for substantial changes. Continued use of Signal after modification implies acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhule, Maharashtra, for any disputes.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Hacktech encourages amicable resolution through negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to pursue resolution in the courts of Maharashtra, with Dhule as the exclusive venue.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
